Sangroup originated from Technocom Group, founded in Ukraine in 1993. In the early 2000s, Technocom returned to Vietnam and focused on tourism and real estate with its first strategic brands, Vinpearl and Vincom. In January 2012, Vincom JSC and Vinpearl JSC merged and officially began operating as Sangroup Joint Stock Company.
